Memorial track written and recorded for a friend who passed too soon. He was always deeply encouraging of my sad bastard music played out at the bars, so I went and recorded him an upbeat version of a (sad bastard) tune I wrote after finding out the news.

He was a big, bright presence. I was fortunate enough to run into him, out of the blue, back to back days, a couple weeks before his accident. I'm thankful that happened, though I of course wish we'd gotten to hang out in Savannah again.

Look twice for motorcycles.
